Vinegar

Adams County, Pennsylvania is apple country and Musselman’s in Biglerville has been in business for 110 years making delicious apple juice, apple sauce, apple butter and vinegar. Vinegars have a variety of uses from canning vegetables to salad dressings or even cleaning your house. Three varieties are produced, Red Wine, Apple Cider and Distilled. The business was began by Christian and Emma Musselman who were devout Mennonites with a goal of only producing good food with a sense of community obligation. The family is still active in the community supporting local scholarships and numerous local schools and libraries.
